Juani and Ale are amazing, and so inviting. I typically don’t like walking tours, but this was so personalized and interesting, and we had a lot of say in what we wanted to do. We added this workshop with them knowing that it is an enhancing experience to all travelers that want to know the beans that have made us famous around the globe.
Throughout the private workshop you will learn about the story behind these products and what is the Colombian recipe to make them so special and desirable. You will try different sub-products while learning about the process that takes place in the farm. Then, taste 2 different origins of cacao and enjoy a prehispanic cacao beverage prepared by our barista in the oldest brewing method. Discover the subtlety of coffee while learning about the different brewing methods and how to prepare them, our barista will lead you step by step while you prepare one of them! The barista will be with you during the entire workshop ready to answer all your questions!
